2022 Emmy Nominations
When the Emmy nominations were announced on Tuesday, July 12, Succession (HBO/HBO Max) emerged as the leader of the pack, with 25 nominations, including Best Drama Series. Kevin J. Messick (BA, MFA ’89) is an executive producer on the series. Production designer Curt Beech and costume designer Allison Agler were among the UCLA TFT alumni announced as nominees for their work on Only Murders in the Building and Star Trek: Picard, respectively. The 74th Primetime Emmy Awards takes place Monday, Sept. 12 at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles and will air on NBC, 5 p.m. PT/8 p.m. ET. This page has been updated with winners.
